Payment
Payment for accommodation can be made by cash only
To secure you booking, we will the following payment, and item on arrivals:
A deposit The balance paid arrival
Number of people staying
The quote provide to you is 1 or 2 people (unless we state the quote was for greater than 2 people). We do not offer single rates. Each Additional person, including infants will need additional charge of 200Php per day.
VERY IMPORTANT— You’re responsible for the cottage of venue. Any damage that may occur during your stay is your responsibility. Lost keys and damages Will be charged to you upon checkout. You are also liable for any time and effort involved in replacing or repairing any item that has been damaged, lost or stolen. Please Note: some appliances in the cottage use 110 volts and may use a transformer so please do not remove the plug. If needed, please seek assistance of the maintenance person.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Arrival time is 2:00PM and departure time is 10:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made. The cost early arrival ( before 2:00PM) of late departure ( after 10: 00) is Php200 per hour pending availability.
Changes to Dates
Once your booking is confirmed by us, we may accept amendment received from you within 48hours of the initial booking, pending availability. Any changes requested after this time will result to additional charges unless the changes are made more than 3 months before commencement of you booking. For any changes cannot be made at the commencement of your stay and full cost of accommodation required on arrival. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation if the payment is not made in full> if any portion of the booked period is cancelled after arrival, we are not able to refund any of your deposit.
Cancellation
Where a cancellation is made 1 week or more prior to he commencement date of booking, we will refund your deposit(less bank fees or other fees if payment has been made by credit card). Where a cancellation is made less than 3 months, but more than 1month, prior to commencement date of booking we will endeavor to arrange an alternative booking/ if we are able to arranges an alternative booking for the same period and for the same rental prices, a refund will be provided(less any bank fees, or other fees if payment has been made by credit card) less 10 % of the total booking amount. If we are unsuccessful at receiving an alternative booking, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your booking within a month prior to the commencement of your stay, your booking deposit is non-refundable.
Cleaning & Breakages
All Breakages, damage, lost or missing items must be paid for, plus time and effort involved, with the change made against your security bond to cover replacement or repair costs.
Issues during you stay
From time to time, items may break or get damage through normal wear and tear. We will endeavor to repair these items as soon as possible during your stay, However we cannot guarantee the issue will be rectified during your stay as this may be reliant on outside factors,( eg. Trade, people)
Goods kept at the property
We are not liable under any circumstances for loss, theft, or damage to your property/belonging, or personal injury. We advise you to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as injury, loss, or damage to your personal belongings.
Building Maintenance
From time to time, there may be equipment close for repair, maintenance or replacement, i.e., water heater, pool, spa, sauna. If your unit has access to these, we unfortunately, are unable to advise when these may be available, as items break down or issues appear without warning. We apologize for this inconvenience but we are not able to prevent them from happening or know if/when they will occur.
NO SMOKING policy Goods left at the property
If items are not claimed with 14 days, they will be given to local charity, if you want items posted back, we will do so at your expense.
- We are reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notices.
- All properties are non-smoking. Where applicable, ash trays are provided.
- Smoking inside the room will attract a Php.500, cleaning and deodorizing fee(non-negotiable)
